At charley vella we aim to package and send all orders out within 2 business days (this excludes weekends or public holidays).
DOMESTIC ORDERS (Australia)
Unless otherwise specified, Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post and standard delivery will take 2 - 3 business days, depending on your location. If you require your purchase sooner, you can nominate to use the Express service, which will reach most major locations within 1 business day (please note regional areas may take an extra day). Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic we are waiving our standard domestic shipping rates.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes so please contact your local customs authority for all details and rates. charley vella is not responsible for any such additional charges and will declare the full product value on your customs declaration form.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you're not completely happy with your product, you may return or exchange full priced item/s within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The item/s must be in the same condition you received it in, with tags attached. Please note that if you receive a refund, the amount refunded will be for the original cost of the item excluding shipping costs. If the item/s you purchased is defective please notify us by sending an email to email@example.com as soon as you can or call Rachael on 0410 127 085. We will ask for the item to be returned and replace it where possible. If this is not possible, the shipping costs will also be refunded.
