Janika Returns Policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may refund or exchange  full priced items within 14 days. This includes full priced items purchased with a sign up discount code.

The item/s must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in, with tags attached. Please email us at hello@janika.com.au to advise your intention to return the item and we will issue you with a RETURNS NUMBER.
In the case of a refund, the amount refunded will be the total paid for the item excluding shipping costs. Where an exchange is requested, we will pay the shipping costs for the first exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you purchased is faulty please email us to advise of the issue at hello@janika.com.au within 14 days of receipt of the item. Where possible we will replace the item. We will cover the shipping costs for the returned item as well as sending out the replacement item. If it is not possible to replace the item, all costs will be refunded, including shipping costs.

SALE ITEMS
Please note there is no refund or exchange on sale items, except where the garment is faulty.

Allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
